- YUC could help with distribution of meals (takidashi) on Fridays from 8 AM to 14:30 PM.
- Morning session (8 – 10 AM): Preparation for Cooking (washing, cutting, peeling, etc).

Food Pantry @ Uenomachi Church
Please bring donations of non-perishable food. Drop off your food donations in the food box at the entrance of YUC.
Food For Homeless who drop by YUC
We need food donations for the occasional homeless person who drop by our church. (e.g. Instant rice, cup noodles, easy to open canned food, instant package meals, etc.)
Feed Homeless @ Kannai Station
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm and at 6pm-7pm on Sunday evenings.
Ms. Girlie from the Philippines has been coordinating this ministry (Servants of Divine Mercy) for close to 20 years. She gives out rice balls, miso soup and other food when available for around 160 homeless. YUC can help up with distributing the food or with donations of hard candy, rice crackers, bananas, mikans, and individually wrapped cookies. Other items needed are: men’s socks and men’s underwear and sleeping bags.
